About the Position:

We are seeking an organized and meticulous Associate to join Skeo’s Finance & Contracts Department.  Responsibilities are varied and may include human resources support, proposal development, contract management, and assistance with federal compliance issues.  On the job training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be able to shift gears quickly, work independently, communicate effectively, and complete projects on time while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.  Associate will be expected to carefully follow written policies and procedures, as well as employ creative problem solving.  Experience in contract administration, proposal or grant development, and/or human resources preferred, but not required.   Associates are expected to work fulltime (approximately 40 hours/week) and are eligible for full benefits (including health, dental and life insurance, paid time off, and 401k participation with an employer match).

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or more than four years of fulltime work experience
  • Meticulous with exceptional organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (particularly Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience
  • Previous experience in contract administration, proposal or grant development, and/or human resources
  • Legal background a plus
